The Sun 10-6-08 17.04 UT

Another warm and sunny day with clear blue skies and no haze. Good to see some surface activity again with the new active region near the NE limb showing two clear spots today and some plage brightening with a small A class flare early in the morning. Proms are on the east and south limbs. The southernmost prom in the east appears as a filaprom crossing the limb.
